Impact of High-Intensity Exercise on Antioxidant System and Liver Enzymes

Liver is a vital organ of human body performing variety functions. In addition, maintenance antioxidant system also considered important. Objective: To observe the impact high volume and intensity exercise on blood redox state enzymatic function liver. It was comparative cross-sectional study conducted from January 2017 to Jan 2018 at Gomal University, Dera Ismail Khan Pakistan Methods: An observational among twenty (40) voluntarily selected subjects. Measurement both functions liver were performed through tests (LFTS) ferric reducing assay protocol (FRAP assay) by using samples collected Results: The data analyzed statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) version 25 different tools such as Mean, Standard Deviation T Score. Conclusions: Data analysis disclosed that significantly affected levels ALT (t38= -4.369, p <0.05), ALP -.757, >.05), AST -2.246, < .05) FRAP (t38=4.308, p<0.05).
